We wish our customers all have good experience of shopping at Teawish. So, we carry out the following policy for return and refund issues.
Orders can be cancelled before the order status turns to ‘fulfilled’, which means the parcels have been sent out.
To cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
If your order is sent out already, you still have the chance to return the order after you’ve received the parcel.
If you change your mind about your order, you can return it within 15 days of receipt of the order. We accept your returns and will give you a refund based on the following conditions:
1. Products are unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.
2. Shipping cost of return should be paid by the client.
3. The refund given to the client is only the price paid for the products, but does not include the shipping cost.
4. Charges related to customs and taxes occurred at client’s side is not refundable.
If you receive a product that you think is faulty or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, then please email us immediately. We will assess the issue to determine if the product is faulty and if we agree that there is a fault we will issue you with a replacement or refund with the following conditions:
1. The product fault has to be reported within 30 days of receipt of the order.
2. The fault or damage will be verified by us before issuing any refunds. We may ask for photographs for verification.
3. If we require the product returned then we will pay for the return shipping.
4. We will either replace it with free shipping or refund the amount paid for the product plus the shipping cost for the product.
If we send you the wrong product or if an item is missing, then please email us within 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will either refund you or send the correct product immediately with free shipping. If we require a return of the incorrect product, then we will pay for the return shipping as well.
