Where would you like to visit if you come to China? In relation to tea, I’ll recommend 3 most attractive destinations for you.

The first one is Yunnan Province, where you can find tons of different Puerh tea. Lincang, Puerh and Xishuangbanna are all well-known tea growing regions. There are some ancient tea tree growing in the virgin forest in these areas. The oldest tea plant I have visited is the No.1 ancient tea tree in Da Xue Shan, this tree is about 2700 years old. You can also visit the local villages to experience the customs of ethnic minorities. The food in Yunnan is also terrific. I’m pretty sure you will have unforgettable meals over there.

The second one is Wuyi Mountain which is the origin of Wuyi Rock Tea and Lapsang Souchong black tea. This mountain is a dual world heritage of both culture and nature. There are 36 peaks and 99 rocks in this territory, almost every district of Wuyi Mountain grows tea. If you are a oolong lover, you can find Da Hong Pao, Rou Gui, Shui Xian etc, in this amazing mountain. The landscape is terrific and famous in 4 aspects: odd, elegance, beauty and antiquity. I’m sure you will be lost in wonder.

The third one is Yellow Mountain (or Huang Shan) in Anhui Province. Yellow Mountain is known as a “tea land”. Many famous teas are from Yellow Mountain Regions, such as Huangshan Maofeng, Luan Guapian and Keemen Black Tea. The scenery there is also gorgeous. Since ancient times, it has been famous for its “Sea of Clouds”. It takes rocks as its body and clouds as its clothing. It is impressive all the year round, especially in winter.

So the above mentioned 3 places, which one is your favorite destination? Could you share your answer in the comments?
