Low brewing is suitable for heavy tea liquor and low aroma teas. Such as dark tea, ripe Pu-erh, dark brick tea, etc.

Level brewing is suitable for black tea, raw Pu-erh, white tea and green tea.

High brewing is suitable for high aroma teas. Such as Tieguanyin, Yancha, Taiwan Oolong, etc.
