Let’s start from green tea. Green tea is the earliest tea in Chinese history, because the process of making it is simple, almost every tea-producing area in China is producing it, from Shandong to Hainan, including Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Fujian, Sichuan, Guangdong and other regions, all of which have produced very high-quality green tea.

Next, let’s say yellow tea. Yellow tea has one more step than green tea while processing it, so yellow tea tastes more mellow than green tea. But now as a niche product, many production areas of it have been replaced by green tea. There are some famous yellow teas such as Junshan silver needle in Yueyang Hunan, Mengding Huangya in Ya’an Sichuan, and Huoshan Huangya in Huoshan Anhui.

The last one is white tea. In China, Fuding of Fujian Province is the most famous region for white tea. It is also the birthplace of white tea. Divided down, Fuding has several core production areas – such as n, Nodding Town, Bailin Town and Taimu Mountain Town.
