For heart race problem, it’s mainly coursed by caffeine. Basically, the more process involved (fermented) when making the tea, the less caffeine the tea contains. So green tea and white tea (not aged) have the most caffeine, but black tea and dark tea have the least. Ripe Puerh tea (普洱熟茶) belongs to dark tea and have the least caffeine but Raw Puerh tea (普洱生茶) is just opposite.

The brewing method is also important. Chinese gongfu tea brewing method is recommended because the tea is not soaked in water all the time so the caffeine is released gradually and mildly.

I recommend Ripe Puerh Tea and black tea to you. This puerh tea orange (小青柑) is actually a good choice. Ripe puerh tea actually has the function of lowering lipid and anti-obesity.
